摘要:

药物治疗是斜视治疗的主要方式之一。药物主要通过改变眼外肌的肌力使眼位恢复。目前研究中用于斜视治疗的药物包括肉毒毒素、布比卡因、蓖麻毒素-mAb35、胰岛素样生长因子等。各种药物的作用机制、副作用、临床应用不尽相同。总结不同药物治疗斜视的机制、副作用、临床应用,有助于探讨未来应用药物治疗斜视的研究方向。

Abstract:

Drug therapy is one of the main techniques of strabismus treatment. Drugs improve eye alignment primarily through changing the strength of extraocular muscles. Currently, drug in research for the treatment of strabismus, includes botulinum toxin, bupivacaine, ricin-mAb35, insulin-like growth factors and so on. Mechanisms of these drugs, side effects and clinical applications are different. This article mainly focuses on the mechanisms, side effects and clinical practice of different drugs used for strabismus, in order to find out future research directions.
